Scholarships at リバプール・ホープ大学

Our GEMS Scholarship is available for new students joining Liverpool Hope University from GEMS institutions, and is worth 50% off 1 year of tuition.

To be considered for the scholarship, you must:

• be a current student at a GEMS Education School.

• hold an offer to study a full-time undergraduate degree at Liverpool Hope University.

• meet all conditions of your offer.

• be a self-funded student.

• hold overseas fee status.

In order to support more Chinese and Indonesian students to study in the UK, the British Council, together with 72 UK universities, has launched the GREAT Scholarships campaign.

Who can apply?

This new scholarship scheme will offer an exciting opportunity for Chinese and Indonesian students wishing to get financial support to pursue postgraduate study in the UK.

Value of Scholarship Award

The scholarship programme offers financial support of a minimum of £10,000 to students pursuing one-year postgraduate study.

Application criteria

• Applicants must be applying for a Postgraduate Taught Course.

• Be a passport holder of China or Indonesia.

• Hold an offer and meet the English Language Requirement.

• Demonstrate strong motivation and ability to excel on a masters’ programme.

Friday 31st May 2024, 17:00 GMT.

Amount : £1000.

Undergraduate offer holders. Outstanding academic achievements during pre-university study.

The International Postgraduate Scholarship (IPS) is awarded to five applicants who demonstrate academic excellence, outstanding community engagement and a passion to study their chosen subject at Liverpool Hope University. It is exclusive to full-time, postgraduate taught students and is worth half the tuition fees.

Criteria

You need to demonstrate how you actively contributed to the life of your previous university, how you are actively involved in your community, and how you will contribute to the future social and economic development of your home country. In addition to how you will contribute to university life at Liverpool Hope and your motivation for studying at Liverpool Hope.
You must also have the following:

• Undergraduate degree (equivalent to UK 2:1 honours degree minimum).

• English Language proficiency (qualification or prior studies. See here for further information).

• 2 Academic references.

• Copy of Passport.

• Conditional Offer of Study.

• Completed IPS application form with high-level of English.

Application deadlines

15th of July 2024 for October 2024 intake.

Amount : 50% off 1 years' tuition spread across the three years of study.

Eligibility

Students from USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Hong Kong, Egypt, Morocco, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Lebanon, Kuwait and Oman. 

The Music Scholarships are open to both undergraduate and postgraduate applicants. They are determined upon acceptance on to the Music programme following an initial audition. There are nine scholarships in total available:

• Four vocal scholarship for soprano, alto (male/female).

• Four string scholarships for 2 violins, viola and cello.

• One joint organ scholarship.

If you are successful, you will have your accommodation fees paid in full. You will still need to pay for your tuition fees.
